Is YourLease for students only?
No. Student rentals are a focus, and we also welcome enquiries about regular apartments, houses, townhomes, condos and shared homes across Ontario.
Can I browse available listings here?
This website currently takes enquiries rather than displaying live rental listings. Tell us your needs so we can discuss possible connections. Photos and illustrations on this site are illustrative and do not represent available properties.
Who can enquire about filling a vacancy?
Property owners and managers authorized to arrange rentals can get in touch. We welcome individual landlords, management companies and organizations with residential rentals. Any placement arrangement must be agreed with the person authorized to approve it.
How does pricing work for property owners?
Our proposed tenant-placement fee is one month's rent. The services, payment timing and any applicable conditions must be discussed and agreed in writing before work begins.
Does an enquiry guarantee a rental or a tenant?
No. Availability, suitability and any service arrangements must be confirmed. Owners and authorized managers make the final rental decisions, and lease terms are agreed directly with them.
What should I include in my first message?
Renters: your preferred city, rental type, budget and move-in date. Owners: the rental location, type, number of vacancies and expected availability. Please don't include ID documents, banking information or other sensitive application records in an initial enquiry.
